Yangjiang GHL Manufacturing & Trading is a professional manufacturer, designer and exporter of high-grade knives. Our company lies in the north part of Yangdong Industrial Park and covers an area of 5,000 square meters.
The Features of Our Products
With the support of 100 employees, two professional designers and three senior cutlers, we make various kinds of Damascus steel kitchen knives, hotel dedicated series, and outdoor knives.
Our knife blade materials include the world's leading Damascus steel - Swedish Powder Damascus steel, Japanese VG10 Damascus steel, German 440C Damascus steel, and a series of composite steel such as triple steel, German 1.4116S/S, X50MOV15 S/S, 5CR17MOV S/S, 7CR17MOV S/S 8CR13MOV S/S, and 9CR18MOV S/S.
Most of our knives undergo vacuum heat treatment. After this treatment, knives' hardness, toughness, corrosion and abrasion resistance have been greatly enhanced. Our knives' grinding wheel is sourced from Japan and we adopted Japanese v-shaped edging way which makes knife edge very thin and smooth, plump, delicate, uniform, and mighty sharp, with cutting force in the scope of 6.0 to 8.0N.
